If after 12 months of service you feel that we have not made enough progress with your account, you may request a refund, and we will gladly return to you the difference between the initial amount paid for our service, and the value of the progress that has been made towards your account. The successful removal of negative trade lines generally calculated at a $75 value. A Public Record deletion is valued at $125 each.

If within 12 months we have only removed 3
negative trade lines from your reports, and you began our service with 17, the
refund would be calculated like so:

On average, our results are much better than
displayed in the first example, but it works as a good explanation of the
refund calculation process.
However, if you have so few negative
trade lines on your reports that, were all of them removed, they would still not
cover the initial cost, we would calculate the refund based on a percentage
rather than set value.
